TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE

Payment: payment for UK customers shall be by cheque, postal order or bankers draft. Silk Gallery reserves the right to clear any payment before despatch of goods.

Price: prices may be subject to alteration without prior notice, and in the event of a price change Silk Gallery reserve the right to have any difference in price settled before goods are despatched.

Title: Goods supplied shall remain the property of Silk Gallery until payment has been made in full. Goods shall be at purchaser's risk as from delivery.

Return of goods: Goods may only be returned if they are faulty or have been incorrectly supplied. Permission must be obtained in writing for any exceptions.

Exchange or Refund: After goods have been returned, a credit note or refund of money will be given.

Complaints & Liability: Silk Gallery will always be pleased to give full consideration to any complaint received, but liability is limited in all circumstances to the refund of monies received or to the supply of satisfactory goods. (nb Do not hang or store works on silk or prints in damp conditions)

Force Majeure: We try to despatch orders as quickly as possible. There may be occasions where there is a delay due to stock availability or workload. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery.

Overseas Customers: Payments must be made to Silk Gallery by International Money Order in pounds sterling only, or by Eurocheque in pounds sterling only from EC customers. Silk Gallery is not responsible for any bank charges, import duties, taxes payable or return carriage. When returning goods please mark parcels or packages clearly "Goods returned to UK Supplier under warranty. Please send two International Reply Coupons with any enquiry other than an order.
